Mombasa Mission
Support us in spreading the gospel in Eastern Africa
The Work
What We Do
We run a Mission in a remote, rural area of Southern Kenya, south of the city of Mombasa, close to the border of Tanzania. The main work is a gospel work, with preaching and teaching, including a large Sunday School and Youth work. We help out with medical aid, education aid and food aid to those who come to us, as best we can.
There are many opportunities and open doors, however the labourers are few…

About Us
Who We Are
Mombasa Mission is a charitable organisation set up to support the calling of initially James and Elsie Gudgeon to gospel mission work in South East Kenya. Following James call back to a Pastorate in Hastings, we now support the calling of the missionaries Sam & Hannah Kingham and Henry & Emily de Vogel.
Our Mission Statement
“To relieve poverty and advance the Christian religion amongst the people of East Africa particularly, though not exclusively, through the provision of churches, child rescue homes, medical centres and schools, and through the translation and distribution of Christian literature.”
